Payment for POWER Hour sessions is due at the beginning of each 10 sessions. You have 90 days to use your sessions. After that they will expire. There are no refunds.

All classes must be paid for through EFT (Automatic debit) or by credit card. There are no contracts but we do require the first and last month payment up front. If you choose to cancel please notify us my email or phone message so we can stop the payments.

We do have gloves and other equipment here which we try to keep very clean but it is advisable to purchase your own gloves wraps and shinguards. Uniforms and gym t shirts / rashguards must be worn to all fighter training classes.
