What started as a tradition for the competition team 15 years ago has now become a yearly family event here at the gym. This year our 2009 kick workout will be held on Saturday January 3 at 10am. The gym is located on the Southwest corner of 108th and Blondo.
The idea is simple, everybody throws one kick for every year. Yes that’s 2009 kicks on the pads, with a partner, in the air and any other way we can dream up. The whole thing takes about 2 hours and is a ton of fun. This workout can be as easy or hard as you want to make it. As always it is not just open to members from the gym. We encourage you to bring friends family and visitors. So start your fitness program off right and kick in the New Year with your friends at Mick Doyle’s Kickboxing and Fitness Center.
