“Teep for the ta -tas”
Every New Years day, or thereabouts, for the last 16 years Mick Doyle has gathered his students to throw kicks to welcome in the New Year. This year we will add one more kick to last years total and each throw 2012 kicks. This year our office manager and longtime student Lori revealed to us that her mother Beverly, who has also trained here, was diagnosed with breast cancer. I don’t think there is one of us that has not been affected by someone we know developing cancer. Mick has lost his father to cancer and his mother is a cancer survivor. This year we are dedicating our kick day to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer. The event will be called “Teep for the Ta-Tas.” Please spread the word, come out and join us.
